Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We take great pride, and stand behind designing comfortable, high-quality, hands-free shoes. If you experience a problem with your purchase, we’ll do all we can to make things right.
Here’s what you need to know:
Kizik gladly accepts returns within 30 days of purchase online. To receive a refund, please make sure any item you are returning is in its original condition with the original tags and original shoe box included. [we cannot take back dirty or worn footwear].
Please include proof of purchase and/or packing list and please re-use the original shipping box when possible. All returns are inspected by our warehouse.
Kizik Footwear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
If your Kizik purchase isn’t quite right, you can return your item at your own expense.
To make this as easy and affordable as possible, we offer discounted return rates through our online return portal.
DHL Returns
- Ireland: €15.00

- The Netherlands & Belgium: €8.00

These discounted rates apply only when you register your return and purchase the return label through our portal, and returns registered this way are processed more quickly.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it usually takes 3–5 business days to process. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is approved, and the refund will appear on your original payment method within an additional 2–3 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges, but if you’d like a different size or color, you’re welcome to place a new order and return your original item within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
Items purchased from one of our resellers should be returned directly to the original store, as we’re unable to process returns for in-store purchases.

To initiate a return, visit our Returns and Exchanges page, and enter the email address you used to make the original purchase along with the order number found on your order confirmation.
You’ll also be provided with a shipping label to ship your return to us when using a carrier near you.
